Chelsea B. Knudson is an associate in Venable’s Washington, DC office. She concentrates her practice in government contracts. She advises clients on a wide range of federal, state, and local procurement matters, with a focus on bid protests, contract disputes, corporate compliance, and ethics.
Chelsea was previously an associate in the government contracts practice at a law firm in Washington, DC, where she participated in pre- and post-award bid protests brought before the GAO and Court of Federal Claims for clients across various sectors.
In 2015, Chelsea served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Washington, DC. In the summer of 2014, she was a law clerk in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
While there, she supported assistant U.S. attorneys who defended the United States and its federal agencies in cases brought under the Freedom of Information Act and Title VII.
