Chelsea A. Walcker represents health care companies, financial institutions, domestic and foreign corporations, and individuals in a variety of complex business litigation, appellate, and arbitration matters.
Chelsea has significant experience in financial and health care fraud matters, as well as cases arising under federal securities and privacy laws and state breach of contract, business tort, and breach of fiduciary duty laws. Chelsea also has experience representing clients in internal investigations and enforcement proceedings involving a broad array of substantive issues.
In addition, Chelsea maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in matters involving civil rights, domestic violence, immigration, and environmental issues. In all cases, Chelsea seeks to provide her clients with thoughtful and effective advice and representation centered on her client’s needs and objectives.
Chelsea joined Robins Kaplan LLP after clerking for the Honorable Donovan W. Frank of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Chelsea received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Executive Editor of the Georgetown Law Review. She received her B.A. cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University.
