
Cheray Shein is a seasoned attorney who represents and advises real estate owners, developers and institutional investors in all aspects of commercial, residential, hotel, condominium, and mixed-use projects throughout the United States.
Ms. Shein has represented clients in projects including: acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and mixed-use developments; all types of financings, including construction and permanent loans, bond financings, securitized loans, leasehold mortgages and mezzanine financings; office, retail, industrial, build-to-suit and ground leasing; construction contract drafting and negotiation for projects of various sizes; formation of join ventures; and permitting and licensing.
Ms. Shein has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having represented clients since 1992 as an of counsel and an associate at other law firms in Boston.
