Cheryl A. Kinoshita represents and advises employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters. Prior to joining Littler, Cheryl worked at a law firm in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she represented employers in federal and state court litigation, and before various administrative agencies, as part of her commercial litigation practice.
Cheryl also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Barry M. Kurren, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii. In law school, Cheryl served as a judicial extern to Hawaii Supreme Court Associate Justice Simeon R. Acoba, Jr. (ret.), and was a member of the University of Hawaii Law Review.
