Chloe Bloom is Of Counsel in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on real estate law. Chloe has particular experience with complex real estate transactions in the renewable energy sector.
She handles the real estate aspects of the development, financing, sale, and acquisition of energy projects, and she represents developers, lenders, and investors in energy project finance transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the project finance and real estate groups at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in both the Los Angeles and London offices.
