
Chris Asta counsels clients on litigation matters, with a particular focus on government and regulatory issues and appellate and Supreme Court matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Asta served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and the Honorable Kimba M. Wood of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
While attending law school, Mr. Asta was a legal intern in the Voting Section of the US Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He was also a summer associate at a New York law firm, where he supported commercial litigation matters.
Before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Asta co-owned a video production company and served as community coordinator for a public high school in Brooklyn, New York.
