Chris W. Haaf represents companies and individuals involved in complex commercial and appellate litigation. Mr. Haaf has briefed and argued appeals in both state and federal court. His experience includes trade secrets litigation, class actions, land use disputes, and general commercial litigation.

He also has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases raising claims of fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Mr. Haaf maintains an active pro bono practice ranging from the representation of an individual inmate in Section 1983 civil rights litigation to handling an international child custody appeal under the Hague Convention.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haaf served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and worked as an associate in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm.
