
Chris Theodoridis is an associate in the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. His practice focuses on repositioning struggling businesses so they can stave off financial demise and eventually thrive in their respective industries.
Chris’ recent engagements have included several high-profile matters, including the Financial Oversight and Management Board for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Pacific Exploration, Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Rotech Healthcare Inc. and NewPage Corporation.
Chris holds a B.S. and M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Tech, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a masters in financial economics from the University of Oxford. While in law school, he worked for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and the Congressional Oversight Panel.
At Georgia Tech, Chris earned the Henry Ford II Scholar Award for achieving the highest scholastic average among rising seniors. He also has passed all three levels of the CFA exams.
