Christian has represented a broad range of businesses and commercial enterprises in multiple, hard-fought, complex, and demanding lawsuits, most often involving contract disputes, commercial development and real estate, and commercial torts.
Many of these controversies involved claims in the millions to tens of millions in monetary damages and involved technical or specialized subject matter.
Christian also has extensive experience prosecuting medical malpractice and other medically complex personal injury claims, and has successfully obtained multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of injured parties.
Christian studied at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law, where he served as senior editor for the BYU Law Review, graduated summa cum laude, and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. Christian has repeatedly been recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite,” and has authored multiple publications on legal topics.
