Christian J. Kimminau

The Kimminau Law Firm P.C. is headed by attorney Chris J. Kimminau.  He graduated with honors from Wichita State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice/Investigation and an Accounting minor.

From 1981-1985 he served as a police officer for the Colorado Springs Police Department.  He attended law school at the University of Arizona College of Law from 1985-1988 when he graduated with honors and received his Juris Doctorate degree.

Thereafter, he began practicing in Tucson, AZ with the Law Firm of Lieberthal & Kashman, P.C. as an associate where his practice was primarily in the areas of criminal defense, plaintiff’s personal injury and family law.

He has continually practiced in Tucson, AZ since 1988 in the areas criminal defense, including capital murder defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, product liability, slip and falls, and malpractice; family law, including divorce, paternity and custody disputes and general litigation.

He also served as the president of the board for the Tucson March of Dimes and Renewal Counseling, the board of the Boys and Girls Club and is very active at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. He previously assisted with Lawyers for Literacy.
