
Christina Kelley is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she assists corporate and individual clients with a wide range of immigration matters, particularly nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, PERM, and adjustment of status filings with USCIS and the Department of Labor.
She has experience responding to complex Requests for Evidence, crafting cohesive case strategies for complicated filings, and distilling ever-changing immigration law into understandable client communications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Christina worked at an immigration law firm in Worcester, Mass., where she primarily assisted small companies with their immigration needs.
Christina has represented detained and non-detained clients pro bono in Immigration Court and given “Know Your Rights” presentations to ICE detainees.
Christina speaks English and Spanish.
