
Christina Schwarz is a pharmaceutical and biotechnology patent litigator who focuses on complex litigation and contested proceedings. Christina has argued before the federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
She also frequently counsels clients on litigation and non-litigation matters, and conducts pre-lawsuit investigations.
