Christina Malone is a senior associate in the Real Estate Finance & Investment Group at Alston & Bird. Mrs. Malone’s practice is focused on the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate.
She represents owners, developers and users of all types of commercial real estate, including mixed-use and retail developments, office buildings, medical offices and other health care facilities, industrial developments, multifamily and senior housing and hotels.
In addition, Mrs. Malone has experience representing institutional and pension fund investors and public and private real estate investment trusts.
Mrs. Malone earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University, where she was editor-in-chief of the Georgia State University Law Review. She received her B.A., cum laude, from New York University in 2006. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
