Christine S. Kim is an associate in the Real Estate practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She handles a variety of commercial real estate transactions for private funds, financial institutions, pension funds, insurance companies and other companies. Ms. Kim’s experience includes acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, multi-family residential, and development properties throughout the United States.
Ms. Kim also represents clients in all aspects of real estate financing, including permanent, construction, and securitized mortgage loans, joint venture, credit facilities, multi-property loan portfolios, loan modifications, and loan assumptions.
In addition, Ms. Kim assists clients in the organization, formation and restructuring of business entities, including special purpose and bankruptcy remote entities, as well as all aspects of due diligence matters.
