Christine M. Mastromonaco is an associate in the Financial Services Litigation Group and a member of the firm’s Fintech and Data and Privacy industry teams. Christine represents financial institutions in individual and class claims involving fair debt collection, fair lending, credit reporting, unfair business practices, consumer financial protection, and common law claims.
In her compliance practice, Christine advises institutional and Fintech clients on matters related to commercial and consumer lending as well as issues under the TCPA, E-Sign, FCRA, FDCPA and EFTA. Christine also counsels Fintech clients as to which regulations and state licensing laws apply to their growing businesses.
Christine graduated cum laude from University of California Hastings School of Law where she served as Staff and Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. Before joining the firm, Christine interned at a Fintech company in San Francisco.
