- $250 million senior secured credit facility for wine and spirits distributor
- $60 million senior secured multi-currency credit facility for international media company
- $320 million pre-petition and $46 million debtor-in-possession facilities for wholesaler of personal communications devices
- Represented equity sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with financings of acquisitions and dividend recapitalization transactions, including:
- $260 million first and second lien credit facilities for provider of accounts receivable management services to finance multiple acquisitions and dividend recapitalization
- $77 million senior and subordinated credit facilities to finance acquisition of provider of outsourced substitute teacher and paraprofessional managed services to public schools
- $62 million senior and second lien credit facilities to finance acquisition of custom window and door manufacturer
- Represented top national outdoor advertising company in connection with $700 million senior secured credit facilities and numerous high yield debt issuances.
