
Christine Walsh is an associate in the Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Insolvency practice of the New York office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2008. Christine assisted in the representation of financial institutions in connection with certain significant chapter 11 cases, including, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and its affiliated debtors; Lyondell Chemical Company, and its affiliated debtors; Nortel Networks Inc., and its affiliated debtors; FGIC Corporation; and AMR Corporation, and its affiliated debtors. Additionally, Christine assisted in the debtor representation of ATP Oil & Gas in its chapter 11 case.
Christine’s work further includes representation of trustees to residential mortgage backed securitization transactions in a variety of contexts, including complex settlements and litigation as well as post-closing administration.
