Mr. Christopher M. Cascino is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor & Employment Department, he focuses his practice on Complex Discrimination and Wage and Hour Litigation. Mr. Cascino focuses his practice in employment litigation, with particular emphasis on complex employment class actions, Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions, and EEOC-initiated litigation.
His experience includes defending employers facing FLSA collective action suits and claims for discrimination against people with disabilities, discrimination based on gender, discrimination based on race, and wrongful termination.
