Christopher J. Casolaro protects and defends clients in product liability and commercial litigation. With experience in medical device and pharmaceutical matters at different critical stages – including litigation, criminal investigation, and FDA regulatory – Chris has the perspective and tools to help clients through every step of the pre-litigation and litigation process.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Chris was an associate attorney at a large global law firm, where he concentrated on the medical device industry. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Sara Darrow and as counsel to judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Chris is deeply committed to the public interest. He recently scored a victory in immigration court by helping a client secure asylum in the U.S. from an East African terrorist group. He also fought to protect the civil rights of a death row prisoner in a case contested in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.
