Christopher Chrisman represents energy clients in litigation involving royalty disputes, surface access problems, and issues with working interest owners. Chris works closely with his clients to defend their interests by challenging the certification of complex class actions, litigating at trial, and providing representation on appeal.
In recent years, Chris has been involved in numerous high-stakes cases where his team has produced extremely favorable results for oil and gas clients.
Chris litigates cases for producers in a variety of contexts, including operating disputes, and title problems. He clerked for the Hon. Allison H. Eid of the Colorado Supreme Court.
