Christopher Delp is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Practice where he represents developers and financial institutions in developing and financing energy and infrastructure projects in Latin America. Drawing on extensive project-level experience, Chris has participated in developing, financing, and refinancing projects throughout the region.
Chris began his career in the energy and infrastructure sector serving as in-house counsel at a wind and solar construction and manufacturing company. Immediately before joining White & Case, he served as local counsel to U.S. and European solar developers in all aspects of their entry into Florida’s emerging solar market, including site acquisition, utility offtake agreements, construction contracts, and bankability, regulatory, and market analyses.
