Some of his significant representative transactions include:

• WeWork Companies Inc. in its private acquisitions of Meetup, Inc. and Conductor, Inc.;
• BlueFocus International Ltd. in its terminated $415 million combination of assets with, and acquisition of a controlling interest in, Cogint Inc.;
• ABP Trust in its partial cash tender offer for up to 18 million shares of common stock of Five Star Senior Living Inc.;
• Annapurna Therapeutics SAS in its $105 million reverse acquisition of publicly traded Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc.;
• EMC Corporation in its $67 billion acquisition by Denali Holding Inc., the parent company of Dell Inc. (the largest-ever technology sector acquisition);
• Banco BTG Pactual S.A. in its $1.7 billion acquisition of BSI SA from Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. and sale of BSI SA to EFG International AG;
• Select Income REIT in its $3 billion acquisition of Cole Corporate Income Trust, Inc.;
• CommonWealth REIT in its response to the unsolicited offer and subsequent hostile consent solicitation by Related Fund Management, LLC and Corvex Management LP.
