Christopher M. Floyd is an associate in the Boston office of Locke Lord LLP. He represents large and mid-sized banks and other commercial lenders, private companies, investors, and private equity and venture capital firms in a broad range of finance and business transactions.
In addition, Chris’s practice encompasses real estate structured finance transactions, including mortgage repurchase agreements, mortgage warehouse facilities, asset-backed securitization and financing transactions, and other real estate-based lending and financing transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Chris was an associate in the restructuring group of a large international law firm, where he represented creditors, bondholders, and shareholders in large and complex chapter 11 cases.
Prior to law school, Chris’s experience includes work as an investment associate at an early-stage venture capital fund.
