Christopher J. Flood is a skilled trial attorney dedicated to obtaining compensation for accident victims. He only represents injured individuals and has never represented the interests of an insurance company. He is devoted to making insurance companies compensate injured individuals fairly.
Chris is a lifelong Connecticut resident. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford. Chris decided to continue a family tradition and enter a career in personal injury law.
He attended Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden on an academic scholarship, and while there, served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
He finished law school with distinction, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After law school, Chris practiced personal injury law in several top litigation firms throughout the state, where he successfully settled and tried to verdict hundreds of cases on behalf of injured people. He gained the experience necessary to maximize his clients’ recoveries.
In 2012, Chris and his brother Brian opened The Flood Law Firm, LLC, in Middletown, Conn. Chris and Brian share the same commitment to stand up to insurance companies on behalf of people who need help. Since opening The Flood Law Firm, Chris has continued to fight for his clients against the insurance industry. In May of 2013, Chris obtained a $6 million jury verdict for a client severely injured in a head-on car accident.
Chris was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 2003 and Federal Court in 2007. He is an active member of several organizations dedicated to preserving our civil justice system, including the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
