Mr. Christopher Collado joined the firm in 2017 and practices in the area of insurance defense to settle cases prior to litigation.
Mr. Collado received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Criminology from Florida State University. He went on to earn his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List recipient and was selected as a member of the Mercer Habeas Project, working on pro se post-conviction appeals.
During his time there, he worked on appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and on a petition for writ of certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States. After graduation, he worked in Atlanta-based law firms in the area of civil litigation.
Mr. Collado enjoys swimming and water sports, along with spending time with his wife, Shannon, and young son, Ryan.
