Before you file for bankruptcy, we should talk. Most of our clients have little, if any, experience meeting with lawyers. They are really nervous and don’t know what to expect but remain very hopeful they are going to get a solution to their problems.
Every single Chapter 7 bankruptcy we have filed has received a discharge. Other bankruptcy attorneys refer their “hard” cases to us. We practice other areas of the law and know how bankruptcy will affect you. We litigate our own cases and don’t refer them out.
Enough of me, let’s get back to you. Bankruptcy is a really good way to get rid of debt. It works but it isn’t for everyone. I promise we will let you know if bankruptcy is not a good choice for you. Most consumer bankruptcy cases are straight forward but if yours isn’t, we will let you know.
My job is to get you out of debt. That’s the bottom line. The more information you can give me about your financial affairs, the better I job I will do. My clients hire me but I don’t work for them. I work with them. I can only work with clients that are motivated to get rid of their debt. It’s a lot of work, a lot of documents and it can be a lot of time. I won’t chase you down and make you do it. I will just move on to the next client that wants a fresh start. When you are ready to be debt free, give me a call. I am ready to get started when you are.
