Christopher McGowan is an experienced lead trial attorney, who focuses his practice on defending clients involved in products liability matters arising from exposure to toxic substances including asbestos, benzene, silica, mold, and other environmental hazards.
In addition Christopher counsels clients in construction, tort claims immunity, and general liability matters. He has also represented clients in numerous mediations, and is a mediator in the Chester County, Pennsylvania mediation program.
Christopher donates his time and experience to all types of pro bono matters and regularly represents homeowners facing foreclosure in the Philadelphia area.
He has also volunteered at an orphanage in South Africa, and has served a variety of conservation organizations, including as a member of the French and Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust Board of Directors, and as a member of the Nakota Horse Conservancy.
