Christopher Megaw is a senior associate who represents clients in criminal investigations, complex civil antitrust litigation and government review of mergers and acquisitions, and he counsels clients on a range of antitrust issues. Mr. Megaw has served clients in the oil and gas, technology, electronic components, telecommunications, aviation, pharmaceutical and wood products industries.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Megaw interned at the Federal Trade Commission in the Bureau of Competition where he investigated a potential merger of two leading menswear retailers. He also studied international trade and antitrust enforcement as a research assistant at Columbia Law School.
From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Megaw worked as a litigation consultant at Berkeley Research Group, providing analytical support to pharmaceutical and health insurance clients responding to federal investigations and conducting internal investigations. Mr. Megaw has an active pro bono practice, including asylum and veterans’ rights actions.
