Christopher J. Mercurio represents and advises businesses and organizations in all aspects of real estate transactions, commercial leasing, and land use and development. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Mercurio was a real estate and environmental associate at another law firm in Massachusetts.
While there, he drafted and negotiated purchase sale agreements and managed due diligence for commercial real estate transactions involving industrial, office, multi-family residential and retail properties.
In 2013, Mr. Mercurio was a judicial intern for the Honorable Keith C. Long of the Massachusetts Land Court. Previously, he was a research assistant to Professor James Fleming at Boston University School of Law, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas R. Murtagh of the Middlesex Superior Court.
