Chris Higley joined Eisenberg, Gilchrist and Cutt as a law clerk in 2013 and stayed on as an associate attorney after graduating law school. Since joining Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt, Chris has worked on numerous cases that have resolved for six, seven, and eight figures.
He practices almost exclusively in plaintiff personal injury cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, or general negligence. Chris has experience at all phases of litigation, from the pre-litigation demand phase through trial.
Chris currently serves on the Young Lawyer’s Division executive board as a liaison for And Justice for All, a local nonprofit. In this effort, Chris has been involved in various fundraising events for And Justice for All, including the annual “Bar Sharks” pool tournament. Chris has also taught at various litigation-related CLEs sponsored by the Young Lawyer’s Division.
When Chris is not at work or volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching football.
