Christopher A. Paniewski is a partner in the technology transactions practice in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Palo Alto office. He focuses his practice on outsourcing transactions, commercial agreements, and technology-related transactions such as licensing and strategic relationships.
Chris has advised on numerous information technology outsourcing transactions, including a multibillion-dollar network services outsourcing that involved the provision and receipt of services in over 40 countries. He also has advised clients in various industries on numerous cloud computing agreements, intellectual property and technology licensing agreements, supply agreements, and other commercial transactions.
In addition to structuring and executing large and complex commercial transactions, Chris has assisted clients in implementation and life cycle and relationship management issues.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Chris was an associate in the outsourcing, commercial transactions, and technology practice of a large, multinational law firm.
