
Christopher Pochon is a Corporate & Securities associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities offerings and corporate governance matters.
Christopher has represented public and privately-held companies in a variety of industries, including the manufacturing and industrial equipment, chemicals, financial services and information technology services industries.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2015, Christopher was a member of the global corporate practice at a prominent international law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Christopher received his JD from Harvard Law School in 2013, where he also served as executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
He received a B.A. in political science from Amherst College in 2007 and M.A. in Middle East studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel in 2010.
