  • Representation of a not-for-profit corporation in connection with a $40 million transaction resulting in the purchase, financing and subsequent refinancing of an 11-story office building at 509 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
  • Represented investors in connection with a majority equity investment in Blu Atlantic, a development of a 117-unit multifamily community in Delray Beach, Florida.
  • Representation of real estate developer in connection with an $18 million bulk commercial and residential condominium acquisition and related disposition.
  • Represented Gilman Paper Products and The Howard Gilman Foundation in the $35 million refinancing of its six sawmills in Florida and Georgia in connection with the reorganization of Gilman Building Products.

Education :

Mr. Rabil earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law (high honors, 2004), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.

He also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida. He was valedictorian of his class in graduate school, and received highest honors in his undergraduate career.

Admissions and Professional Memberships :

Mr. Rabil is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
