Cierra Garso is an Associate Attorney approaching the practice of law with emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
She works hard for families facing divorce, separation and child custody issues, and serves clients navigating business law and employee issues. Cierra believes in asking questions and getting to the heart of a client’s legal matter.
Prior to joining Pierce Elliott Law, she gained extensive experience and knowledge handling child support issues during her tenure as Child Support Attorney for the Second Judicial District of the State of Wyoming.
She has studied the intricacies of state and federal child support law and can help clients at any stage, and on either side, of a child support matter. Cierra has engaged in hundreds of negotiations and is unshaken by high conflict disputes.
Prior to graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law, Cierra worked at the UWCOL Civil Legal Services Clinic helping low income individuals and families navigate civil legal issues such as divorce and landlord tenant disputes. She was also a member of the Equal Justice Club in which she supported advocacy and reform efforts.
She formerly served on the Eppson Center for Seniors Foundation Board where she advocated for programs that support seniors and their quality of life. Cierra was also an active volunteer with Greater Wyoming Big Brothers Big Sisters.
With a passion for the creative arts and Denver’s booming food scene, you can usually find her at concert or enjoying a new restaurant.
