Claire E. Alexander is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Claire’s practice focuses on representation of public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities and general corporate and securities matters.
Claire received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida, cum laude, in 2015. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, where she was a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review, in 2018.
