Clark J. Belote’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, commercial, and general litigation, collections, and other matters involving creditors’ rights. His experience includes representing Chapter 7 trustees, creditors, and corporate clients in cases involving complex commercial litigation and a wide range of bankruptcy issues, including avoidance actions, relief from stay, and general litigation disputes on matters ranging from commercial leases to business conspiracy claims.
Clark’s experience also includes general civil litigation in both federal courts, state courts, and before arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, including appeals before state appellate courts.
