Clark Peller Rosengarten is a trial lawyer who focuses his legal practice on the representation of individuals and families harmed and injured due to exposure to asbestos. Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Clark worked at a preeminent plaintiffs firm litigating products liability and mass tort matters on behalf of individuals and families across the country.
Clark was born in Philadelphia and grew up in New Jersey. He received his Bachelors of Arts from Duke University in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2011.
While at Tulane Law, Clark sat on the Moot Court Board, served as Secretary of the university’s Graduate and Professional Students Association, was appointed to the Dean’s Advisory Committee and served as his law school’s representative to the American Bar Association. He was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy.
Clark is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Georgia and is an active member of the American Bar Association.
When he is not practicing law, Clark enjoys long distance running, intramural sports, improv comedy, following Duke Basketball, volunteering in the community and spending time with family.
