Clay Sullivan

Clay Sullivan is an attorney focusing his practice on areas such as personal injury, insurance defense, criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, and civil litigation. He provides personal attention and respect to all clients.

He is an associate attorney with the reputed law firm Robertson, Beasley, Shipley & Robinson PLLC. It is a century-old law firm representing individuals, small businesses, and large corporations on a wide variety of legal matters.

As a current associate attorney in RBS&R, Mr. Sullivan is building and maintaining productive and long-term client relationships as it is the hallmark of the law firm. He meets with the firm’s clients in its Springdale, Fort Smith, Little Rock or Ozark offices.

Attorney Clay Sullivan exercises a high level of professionalism and genuinely cares about his clients’ problems. He has obtained membership of the Arkansas Bar Association in 2017. He has industry knowledge in areas such as research, legal writing, government, military, emergency services, criminal defense, immigration law, bankruptcies, and family law.

Before starting his legal career, he served our country as a Navy Corpsman and is an Afghanistan combat veteran. He obtained admission to practice before all Arkansas State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern & Western Districts of Arkansas in 2017.

He earned his Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Arkansas in the year 2016. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration & Management from the Arkansas Tech University in 2010.

He has also obtained the undergraduate degree for Associate of Arts and Sciences in Paramedics in 2007 and holds the professional license of a Paramedic with 15 years of emergency services experience.

Mr. C. Sullivan started working as a legal clerk with McManus Law Firm in 2015 and joined Robinson Law Firm in 2016. He is serving his current law firm since 2017.
