We’ve been involved in negotating contracts, business formation, termination and in settling disputes. We help them plan financial transactions, business organizations and estate plans.

We bring to the table twenty years of legal experience representing some of American’s largest clients and seven years of accounting experience. Accounting is the language of business and that background lends an understanding to business dealings that many attorneys avoid.

We have two former CPA’s and IRS agents on staff with experience ranging from small startup contractors to publicly traded companies. We enjoy working with clients and helping them achieve their goals.
