Clinton Delaine Mountain Jr. is a personal injury lawyer practicing in both Alabama and Mississippi states. He has obtained the membership of the Tuscaloosa Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

The Business Alabama Magazine named him in the list of Top Young Lawyers. The National Trial Lawyers included him in the Top 40 Under 40 list in 2017.
