Connor Mullin represents businesses and individuals involved in corporate criminal litigation and government investigations. He provides strategic counsel to clients in the field of reputational recovery. Mr. Mullin has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and represented clients in state and federal trial courts and arbitration proceedings throughout the United States. He has obtained favorable results in cases involving wire fraud, money laundering, government contracting fraud, bribery, and pretrial seizure of corporate assets, among other white collar matters.
Mr. Mullin has extensive experience with cross-border investigations, transnational disputes, and international human rights investigations. He has conducted investigations involving claims of FCPA violations at a joint venture based in China and allegations of unlawful capital accumulation on the part of a major Ukrainian industrial company. Mr. Mullin received his J.D. from Georgetown University, where he was managing editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Mullin received his B.A. in English from John Carroll University, where he served as the commencement speaker and won the Millor Oratory Award.
