Conor Kelly joined Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. in January 2012 where he has devoted his practice to handling catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and mass tort litigation. Mr. Kelly has handled complex product liability cases involving automotive vehicles, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, e-cigarette devices, and motorcycle helmets, among others.
He has worked on several national, high profile multidistrict litigations such as In Re: Toyota Unintended Acceleration, In Re: General Motors Ignition Switch Litigation, and In Re: Zoloft Product Liability where he helped develop the general liability cases on behalf of injured and deceased plaintiffs nationwide.
Conor Kelly also handles cases involving premises liability, government claims, vehicle versus pedestrian accidents, common carrier negligence, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, amputation, and accidents involving big-rig trucks and other commercial vehicles. Mr. Kelly has recovered multiple six and seven figure recoveries for his clients.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Kelly graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law while on a partial academic scholarship.
Mr. Kelly was a senior member of the Pepperdine Law Review, a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and a student mentor in the Pepperdine Mentorship Program. While at Pepperdine, he received multiple CALI Awards for receiving the top grade in his Mediation and Criminal Law courses.
He also earned a certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution which focused on methods of alternative dispute resolution and negotiation. While at Pepperdine, Mr. Kelly was a law clerk at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office where he helped represent the indigent. In 2014, he became a Fellow of the ABOTA National Trial College.
Mr. Kelly is a member of the California Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court‚ Central District of California. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
In his free time, Mr. Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa, his family and friends, and supporting the UCLA Bruins athletic teams.
