Conor Brady focuses primarily on insurance coverage disputes and other complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense matters. Conor has represented clients in a wide range of coverage and business disputes in federal and state courts across the country.
Conor also has experience counseling and defending companies and individuals in enforcement proceedings and white-collar criminal matters involving or brought by the US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other government agencies and regulators.
In addition, Conor is actively involved in Steptoe’s pro bono program, through which he has represented individuals in a variety of civil and criminal matters, including the representation of a death row inmate awarded a resentencing trial by the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Conor also serves on Steptoe’s Associates Committee.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Conor served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York. Conor also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the US District Court for the District of Columbia while attending law school.
