In his diverse practice, Conrad B. Wilton represents clients in the entertainment and other industries in a broad range of legal disputes and negotiations involving intellectual property, contract issues, financial fraud, wealth management and marital dissolution.
Conrad helps clients protect their valuable trademarks against global infringement and has experience working with law enforcement agencies to protect entertainment industry clients against perpetrators of financial fraud. TV and film producers turn to Conrad for reliable content clearance review and fair use analyses.
In addition, Conrad has done extensive pro bono work for the Alliance for Children’s Rights, a non-profit that protects the rights of impoverished and abused children, including serving as first chair in the successful litigation of a child’s contested guardianship through trial.
Before joining Fox, Conrad interned in the business and legal affairs department at DreamWorks Animation.
In college, Conrad studied broadcast and digital journalism at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. He wrote for the Daily Trojan and hosted a radio talk show, “Conrad’s Corner,” that featured inspirational stories and interviews of USC students, professors, staff, alumni and Los Angeles residents about current events, local businesses and charities. He also hosted a radio show in Cambridge, UK, while studying abroad.
Conrad coaches the firm’s Los Angeles office softball team, which won the Phil Landau Sportsmanship Award in the 2017 spring/summer season. Conrad studied British literature at the University of Cambridge, UK, and comparative journalism throughout Europe as part of the USC Annenberg International Communication Studies Program in 2011.
