
Constance P. Lee focuses her practice on complex patent litigation before federal district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, related to the chemical and pharmaceutical fields. Her practice also includes inter partes review (IPR) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Constances’s litigation experience includes numerous aspects of trial preparation, including conducting discovery, developing infringement and invalidity strategies, and handling day-to-day pre-litigation activities.
Prior to working at Finnegan, Constance worked as a senior engineer at Procter & Gamble, developing packaging for popular brands of household goods such as laundry products, oral care products, cosmetics, and other products. During her undergraduate studies, Constance focused on nanomaterials and conducted research on high temperature aluminum alloys.
