Craig Rascoe is Chief Operating Officer of Williams Mullen. He also maintains a tax practice covering tax planning for businesses and individuals. Craig concentrates on entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings and business succession planning. He regularly counsels clients on structuring and operating partnerships and limited liability companies. He also counsels clients on executive compensation matters.
Before joining Williams Mullen, Craig served as the Director of Corporate Taxes at Specialty Coatings International, Inc., a multinational Fortune 500 manufacturing company, where he was responsible for all worldwide tax planning and compliance functions. Prior to that, Craig was in practice as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and Cherry Bekaert.
Craig has been long active in community organizations. He currently serves on the board and is the former president of the Heart of Virginia Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is on the Executive Advisory Council of the University of Richmond School of Business Administration. He recently served on the Ferrum College board of trustees and was a member of the board of directors of the Richmond Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Craig received his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1979. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 1976. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
