Craig Robert Besnoy is a technology attorney specializing in intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity. A substantial portion of his practice is focused on advising financial firms on the development of cybersecurity programs that meet compliance requirements.
The Firm’s client come from a variety of industries located both nationally, and internationally: banking, finance, insurance, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, media, e-commerce, and hospitality, amongst others. These industries have provided Craig with a broad knowledge of business and legal issues.
Craig’s cyber program has been accepted in the FINRA cybersecurity vendor directory. He earned accreditation as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP-US), from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law where he specialized in Intellectual Property Law. Craig is admitted to practice accounting and law in New York.
