
Crystal L. Homa focuses her practice in financial institutions law, including corporate, regulatory and securities work. Ms. Homa advises banks and their boards of directors on their strategic plans, including organic and acquisition growth plans, sale transactions, strategic mergers and capital raises, as well as on complex regulatory issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Homa worked for the 84 Lumber Company as a Construction Services Contract Manager where she reviewed and negotiated various construction agreements and provided support to project managers on matters such as attaining proper licenses, insurance documentation, and completing Davis-Bacon Act compliance documents.
Ms. Homa earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Homa served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Evidence, which is given to students who earn the highest grade in a law school course.
She also served as a law clerk at the Law Office of Dennise L. Grayson assisting Ms. Grayson in her practice focusing on Elder Law and Special Needs planning.
