Curtis Sullivan is an Associate in Fragomen’s Boston office. His practice focuses on U.S. business immigration law, where he assists large corporate institutions with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters—including H-1B, L-1, and TN visa petitions and applications, and EB-1 and PERM-based immigrant petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Curtis served as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Clerk Department, where he was assigned to the motion calendar with the Honorable Joseph A. Montalbano. In addition, prior to attending law school, Curtis was a corporate communications manager at a large financial institution, as well as a staff member of the communications department for the Honorable Governor Donald L. Carcieri of Rhode Island.
Curtis is an active participant in Fragomen’s pro bono program. He has partnered with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) to help unaccompanied minors navigate the complex and often daunting U.S. immigration legal system.
