Mr. Damon Goode is an attorney who specializes in commercial real estate transactions, including finance, leasing, and disposition/acquisition. He has represented clients in the negotiation of term and construction loans, loan refinancing and restructuring, loan workouts and foreclosures.
He has experience handling the purchase and sale of bank-owned real estate assets, including distressed real estate, “REO” property and promissory notes secured by real estate. He also has represented clients in the purchase and sale of mixed-use, multi-family, office and retail properties. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting leases for both landlords and tenants for office, retail, office and industrial properties.
